1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on a visitor's device and can retrieve later. It serves, for instance, to remember a preference between visits or to measure how many people read a page. This policy applies equally to any storage or retrieval technology with equivalent effects on the device.
2. Who sets the cookies
First-party cookies are managed by SHA3DEV S.L. and are strictly technical. The only third-party cookie comes from Google Analytics 4, managed by Google Ireland Limited, and is set only if the user accepts it.
3. When your consent is required
Article 22.2 LSSI-CE requires the user's informed consent before cookies are set, except for those strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user. Accordingly:
- Technical cookies remembering the language, the cookie decision itself and — once available — an account session are set without consent, because the requested service cannot be delivered without them.
- Analytics cookies are neither set nor loaded until the user expressly accepts them. Until then, or if they are rejected, the Google Analytics code is not downloaded or executed and no data is sent to Google.

Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation, without advertising signals, without remarketing and without sharing data with other Google products for advertising purposes. Google's consent mode is also used, which communicates the user's decision to the tool before any measurement takes place.

5. How to accept, reject or change your mind
On the first visit a notice is shown with two equally weighted options: accept or reject analytics cookies. The decision can be changed at any time, free of charge and in the same number of steps in which it was given, from the “Cookie settings” link permanently available in the footer, or from the button below:
Twelve months after the decision the notice is shown again so that consent can be renewed or revoked, following the Spanish Data Protection Agency's recommendation.
Independently of the above, every browser allows cookies already stored to be blocked or deleted. Doing so from the browser also deletes the cookie holding your decision, so the notice will reappear. Instructions are in each browser's help pages: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Opera. Google also offers a browser opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. Data processing arising from cookies
Information collected through analytics cookies is processed as set out in the Privacy policy, which details the purposes, retention periods, international transfers to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and how to exercise data protection rights.
7. Updates to this policy
This policy is reviewed whenever the cookies used or their purpose change. If a new cookie requiring consent is introduced, consent will be requested again before it is set. The date of the version in force appears at the foot of this page.
